The electrically movable trolley is designed for lifting, lowering and horizontally moving loads on the SCHILLING aluminium gantry crane with double beam.
The configuration consists of an electric chain hoist with electrically movable trolley, including cabling and power supply.
The system enables controlled and precise movement of heavy loads and supports ergonomic working processes in daily operation.
For enhanced safety and flexibility, the electrically movable trolley is equipped with a radio remote control.
All functions, including lifting, lowering and trolley travel, can be operated conveniently from a safe distance.
This allows the operator to work outside the immediate hazard area.
The electrically movable trolley is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
All electrical components are designed for mobile operation under normal operating conditions.
The aluminium gantry crane is supplied ready for connection and operation.
For use on a double girder aluminium gantry crane, a suitable connecting link is used for suspending the electric chain hoist.
The standard trolley of the SCHILLING aluminium gantry crane is omitted when the electrically movable version is ordered.
Please note: The suspension point at the trolley pin is reduced by 200 mm and the overall height of the assembled aluminium gantry crane increases by 146 mm.
