Description

The aluminium gantry crane. Heavy loads, easily moved.

A height and length-adjustable crane system that offers maximum flexibility thanks to the variable adjustment options. The load can be moved and set down using the trolley.
In the movable version, the complete crane can especially be moved under load. The rolling and swivelling movements of the wheels can be locked when not in use.

The SCHILLING aluminium gantry crane can be assembled and dismantled in a very short time and in relatively few steps. No structural modifications (e.g. dowel fixings or similar) are necessary. Lightweight construction with extremely high stability.

What's Included

* Two lateral stands
each with one height-adjustable beam support

With four respectively eight sheet steel swivel castors per lateral stand depending on version
Heavy-duty wheels with super-elastic solid rubber tyres (grooved tread)
3-component tyres
Tyre base
Steel wire cores embedded in a tough rubber compound
guarantee a firm tyre fit on the rim.
Intermediate cushion
guarantees shock and vibration damping, ensures
favourable rolling resistance.
Tread
The thick, abrasion-resistant tread ensures a long service life.
With integrated wheel and swivel lock
The rolling and swivelling movements can be locked when not in use.
The lateral stands can be easily folded up after unscrewing the wheel set and can
therefore be stowed, stored and transported in a space-saving manner.

* One set of separable aluminium beams
One set consists of two individual beams

* One top-mounted lockable trolley
The chain hoist or corresponding lifting straps, for example, are hooked into the trolley.
Even under full load, the trolley is infinitely adjustable and can be locked in any position.

* Two horizontal adjusters
By using the horizontal adjusters, the usable length of the aluminium beam between
the lateral stands can be infinitely adjusted.
